Meeting Rooms, Events & the Podcast Room at ViOS

A good meeting can be lost before anyone says a word. The video call drops. The room is too small. Your client spends ten minutes looking for parking. At ViOS, we built our meeting rooms, event spaces and podcast room so none of that happens. This guide covers every space we offer across our four Athens locations, what each one costs, and how to pick the right one for the job.

Whether you need a quiet room for three people for an hour, a hall for a 70-person seminar, or a soundproofed studio to record your company podcast, you’ll find it here. We’ll go room by room, then location by location. By the end, you’ll know exactly what to book.

What meeting rooms does ViOS offer in Athens?

ViOS offers meeting rooms for 3 to 12 people across ViOS Downtown, ViOS Autograph in Marousi, ViOS Co-Lab in Marousi and ViOS Autograph Psychiko. Every room comes with redundant fibre-optic internet, Wi-Fi, a videoconference system, ergonomic chairs and sound insulation. You book by the hour, and you never pay for more than four hours in a day.

Here’s how the rooms break down by size.

Small rooms for 3 to 6 people

The 3-person room at ViOS Downtown is built for one-to-ones, interviews and focused video calls. It has a 55-inch monitor, a MeetUp videoconference system and a green screen, so it doubles as a simple recording set when you need one.

The 6-person room, available at both Downtown and Autograph, steps up to a 65-inch monitor with the same MeetUp system. It’s the room most teams pick for client presentations, small pitches and weekly check-ins with a remote colleague or two on screen.

Mid-size rooms for 8 people

The 8-person room at Downtown has a 75-inch monitor, which matters more than it sounds. When half your attendees are remote, a bigger screen means the people in the room can actually see faces, not thumbnails. Free coffee and water are included.

At Autograph, the Collaboration Room also seats 8, but in a more relaxed setting. It has a 55-inch touch screen, so it works well for brainstorms, design reviews and any session where people need to draw on the screen instead of just looking at it.

Board rooms for 10 to 12 people

The 10-person board room sits on the roof of ViOS Downtown, with private access to the floor and a green terrace looking out at Mount Lycabettus. It’s the room we suggest when the meeting itself is part of the impression: investor updates, partner signings, leadership offsites.

The 12-person board room at Autograph runs dual 50-inch monitors with a Logitech Rally videoconference system. That setup is designed for larger hybrid meetings where several people speak from the room and others join from different cities.

ViOS Co-Lab has its own fully equipped 12-person meeting room, which is free for Co-Lab residents. ViOS Autograph Psychiko also offers bookable meeting rooms for visitors.

How much does a meeting room in Athens cost at ViOS?

Meeting rooms at ViOS start from €20 per hour at ViOS Downtown and from €25 per hour at ViOS Autograph and ViOS Autograph Psychiko. Prices are before 24% VAT. Rooms at ViOS Co-Lab are free for Co-Lab residents.

The four-hour cap

Here’s the part most people miss. You never pay for more than four hours in a single day, no matter how long your booking runs. Book a room from 9am to 6pm for a full-day workshop and you pay for four hours, not nine.

That changes the maths for longer sessions. A full-day strategy meeting in our Downtown rooms costs the same as a long morning. It also means you don’t need to watch the clock or cut a good discussion short to save money.

What’s included in the price

The hourly rate covers the room, the screen, the videoconference system, fibre-optic internet and Wi-Fi. Many rooms include free coffee and water. At ViOS Autograph, complimentary parking is included for the length of your meeting. That’s a real advantage in Marousi, where visitors often spend longer looking for a space than they spend in the meeting.

How does that compare?

Hotel conference rooms often charge by the half day or full day, with extras for AV equipment and catering. Coffee shop meetings are cheap but noisy, with no screen and no privacy. Our hourly model sits between the two. You get a professional room with proper equipment, and you only pay for the time you actually use, up to the four-hour cap. For a deeper look at running meetings without your own office, read our guide to running professional client meetings without a permanent office.

Event spaces in Athens for 20 to 70 people

Some gatherings need more than a meeting room. ViOS has six event spaces across Downtown and Autograph, from a garden for 20 to a hall for 70. Each one suits a different kind of event, from a half-day seminar to an evening on the roof.

Indoor event spaces

ViOS Downtown Hall holds up to 70 people in the centre of Athens. It’s our go-to space for workshops, seminars, training sessions, media events and cultural evenings. The hall is biophilically designed, with indoor air cleaning and parking next door.

Lounge Autograph in Marousi holds up to 50 people. It’s flooded with natural light and filled with indoor plants, which makes it a strong fit for lectures, book presentations, corporate events and product launches. Daylight also photographs well, which matters if you’re launching something.

Outdoor and rooftop spaces

The Green Terrace at ViOS Downtown holds up to 55 people. It’s half open, half closed, with tables, a bar and a direct view of Mount Lycabettus. It works for relaxed afternoons, corporate dinners and private evening events. Our team can arrange decoration, food, drinks, music and equipment to suit your event.

The Green Rooftop at ViOS Autograph holds up to 40 people, with tables, a bar and views of the Olympic Stadium. Teams use it for social events, evening parties and, on good days, simply as a place to work.

Urban gardens

The Urban Garden at Fidiou is a green backyard in the heart of Athens, surrounded by lemon and olive trees, robinias and boxwood. It holds up to 20 people and suits small corporate or social gatherings. Urban Garden Autograph, on the ground floor in Marousi, offers a quieter green space for breaks, informal meetups and community events.

You’ll find photos and details of every space on our event spaces page. If you’re planning a training day specifically, our guide to hosting training sessions and workshops in ViOS event spaces covers room choice, timing and hybrid attendees in more detail.

Choosing the right space by meeting type

The right room depends less on headcount and more on what the meeting needs to achieve. Here’s how we’d match common meeting types to our spaces.

Client pitch or sales presentation

Book the 6-person room at Downtown or Autograph. It’s big enough for your team and the client’s, the 65-inch screen handles slides and demos, and the setting looks professional without feeling stiff. If your client is driving, Autograph’s free parking removes the first friction point of the day.

Board meeting or investor update

Choose the 10-person rooftop board room at Downtown if the setting should impress, or the 12-person board room at Autograph if several people will join remotely. The Logitech Rally system at Autograph is built for exactly that kind of hybrid board meeting.

Hybrid team meeting

Hybrid is now the default for most companies. CBRE research found that 92% of large occupiers now run a formal hybrid work programme. That means most meetings have someone on screen. For these, screen size and audio quality matter most. The 8-person room at Downtown, with its 75-inch monitor, is our strongest pick for teams split between the room and the call.

Brainstorm or design session

Book the Collaboration Room at Autograph. The touch screen lets people sketch, annotate and move ideas around, and the informal layout keeps the energy up. It’s the opposite of a formal board room, on purpose.

Workshop or training day

Up to 12 people fits a board room. Beyond that, ViOS Downtown Hall (up to 70) or Lounge Autograph (up to 50) give you space for presentations, group work and breaks. Pair the session with lunch on the Green Terrace or Green Rooftop and people come back to the afternoon session with more energy.

Product launch, networking evening or team celebration

Go outdoors. The Green Terrace at Downtown, with its Lycabettus view, and the Green Rooftop at Autograph both have bars and space to mingle. For a smaller, quieter gathering, the Urban Garden at Fidiou is hard to beat.

Inside the podcast and video room

Not every meeting is a meeting. More companies now record podcasts, video interviews and webinars, and most offices are terrible places to do it. Hard walls echo. Air conditioning hums. Someone always knocks on the door mid-take.

That’s why ViOS built a dedicated podcast and video recording studio. It’s plug and play, so you don’t need an audio engineer to start recording.

What’s in the room

  • A podcast console with two Rode microphone inputs
  • Two pairs of Rode headphones
  • A green screen for video
  • Soundproofing and sound insulation
  • Integrated power sockets, LAN ports, redundant fibre-optic internet and Wi-Fi
  • Ergonomic seating for up to 6 people
  • Full videoconference capability for remote guests

Who uses it

Founders use it to record company podcasts and LinkedIn video. Marketing teams use it for webinars, product explainers and customer interviews. Coaches, consultants and trainers use it to build online courses. The room is bookable at ViOS Downtown and ViOS Autograph.

Business audio is worth the effort. Edison Research found that 44% of podcast listeners have bought a product after hearing it advertised on a podcast, and business owners make up a notable share of weekly listeners. If you want the full story behind the room, read why ViOS built a dedicated podcast room and who it’s for.

Which ViOS location fits your meeting?

All four ViOS locations offer meeting space, but each one suits a different kind of visitor. Here’s how to choose.

ViOS Downtown, Fidiou 9, Athens

ViOS Downtown sits between Kaniggos and Omonia squares, a short walk from Panepistimiou and Omonia metro stations. It has the widest range of meeting rooms, the rooftop board room, Downtown Hall, the Green Terrace and the Urban Garden. Choose Downtown when your guests travel by metro or when you want a central Athens address. ViOS Downtown also holds WELL Gold certification for health and wellbeing.

ViOS Autograph, Patmou 14, Marousi

ViOS Autograph is in the Marousi business district, a few minutes’ walk from the Golden Hall and reachable by bus lines 550, A7, E14 and X14. It offers the 12-person board room, the Collaboration Room, Lounge Autograph and the Green Rooftop. Free parking for meeting room bookings makes it the easy choice for clients who drive. Our guide to meeting rooms in Marousi compares it with other options in the area.

ViOS Co-Lab, Apostolou Pavlou 10a, Marousi

ViOS Co-Lab sits among corporate offices and green space in Marousi. Its 12-person meeting room is free for Co-Lab residents, which makes it a strong base for teams who meet often.

ViOS Autograph Psychiko, Leoforos Kifisias 160

ViOS Autograph Psychiko sits on Kifisias Avenue, close to Katehaki metro and bus lines 3, A7 and 550. It’s a quieter alternative between the centre and the northern suburbs, with meeting rooms from €25 per hour. See how it compares in our guide to meeting rooms in Psychiko, or compare central options in meeting rooms in downtown Athens.

Why do meetings feel different in a WELL-designed space?

Meetings at ViOS feel different because the buildings are designed around the people inside them. ViOS was the first coworking space in Greece designed to the WELL Building Standard, which covers 100 features across 11 concepts, including air, light, sound, thermal comfort and mind. ViOS Downtown and ViOS Autograph Marousi have both earned WELL Gold certification.

Light and air

Around 95% of our workspaces get natural light during the day. That matters in a long meeting. Daylight keeps people alert in a way that a windowless conference room never does. Spaces like Downtown Hall also use indoor air cleaning, so the room doesn’t feel stale by mid-afternoon.

Sound

Our meeting rooms are built with sound insulation. Your conversation stays in the room, and the noise of the building stays out. That’s essential for confidential discussions, and it makes a big difference on video calls, where background noise travels straight to every remote participant.

Green space

Plants, terraces and gardens are part of the design at Downtown and Autograph. A short walk on the Green Terrace or through the Urban Garden between sessions gives people a real break. It’s a small thing, but it’s often what people remember about a long day of meetings.

A quick checklist for a hybrid meeting

Hybrid meetings fail in predictable ways. Use this list before any meeting with remote participants.

  • Count remote attendees, not just people in the room. More remote faces need a bigger screen.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early. Connect, share your screen and run a test call.
  • Check the camera angle. Remote attendees should see everyone at the table.
  • Check the audio from the far end of the table. If a remote colleague can’t hear the quietest speaker, move closer to the microphone.
  • Give remote attendees a voice. Ask one person in the room to watch the chat and bring remote questions in.
  • Share materials before the meeting. Slides that arrive in advance mean nobody has to squint at a shared screen.

Every ViOS meeting room has a videoconference system and fibre-optic internet, so the technical side is covered. The checklist handles the human side.

How do you book a room or event space at ViOS?

You can book a ViOS meeting room directly from our meeting rooms page by choosing the room and location. For event spaces and the podcast room, use the Book a Tour button or contact our team, and we’ll confirm availability and walk you through the setup.

Before you book a meeting room

Have three things ready: the number of attendees, the number of remote participants, and the time you need. Those three details decide the room. If more than a couple of people will join remotely, pick a room with a larger screen or the Logitech Rally system.

Before you book an event space

Tell us the type of event, expected headcount, date and whether you need food, drinks, music or extra equipment. Our team can arrange decoration and catering for the Green Terrace. For larger events, book a tour first. Seeing the space in person makes planning the layout far easier.

Booking the podcast room

Book the podcast room for at least an hour more than you plan to record. You’ll want time to set levels, run a test recording and redo the first few minutes once everyone relaxes. Ask our team about availability at Downtown or Autograph when you book.

You can reach us through our contact page or by phone on +30 211 955 7600.

Conclusion

ViOS gives you a room for almost every kind of business gathering in Athens. Meeting rooms for 3 to 12 people start from €20 per hour, and you never pay for more than four hours a day. Event spaces hold from 20 to 70 people, indoors and out. And the podcast room lets your team record professional audio and video without building a studio.

Pick the location that suits your guests, match the room to the meeting, and let the space do its job. Ready to see it for yourself? Book a tour of ViOS Downtown or ViOS Autograph and we’ll show you every room.
