We’re proud to announce that ViOS Downtown has officially been upgraded to WELL Gold Certification, marking the next chapter in a journey we started back in 2021 — when Downtown became the first workspace in Greece to achieve WELL Certification at the Silver level.
Alongside the Gold upgrade, Downtown has also just renewed its Health-Safety Rating for 2026, confirming that the rigorous protocols around air quality, cleaning, and operational health we put in place from day one are still being met — and exceeded.
This double achievement means Downtown now holds both certifications at once: a WELL Gold rating for the design and long-term wellness of the space, and a renewed WELL Health-Safety Rating for its day-to-day operational standards.

Earning Gold means meeting elevated criteria across air, water, light, nourishment, fitness, comfort, and mental well-being — the same categories the WELL Building Standard uses to benchmark healthy, human-centered buildings worldwide.
From our first Silver certification to now holding Gold at our flagship location, this is a milestone in an ongoing commitment: building workspaces where people’s health isn’t an afterthought, it’s the foundation.
