In strategic locations of Athens
ViOS Downtown is located in the heart of Athens, between Kaniggos and Omonia Square, making it easily accessible from across Attiki. Panepistimio and Omonia metro stations are both just a five-minute walk away, while parking is available right next to ViOS.
From the Downtown location, you have direct access to restaurants, shopping, ministry buildings, essential services, and Athens’ main tourist attractions. The location is also easy to reach from both Piraeus Port and Athens International Airport by public transport. Omonia Square forms part of the Great Walk of Athens, connecting the city’s historic neighborhoods and archaeological landmarks while creating more space for walking and cycling.
In the northern suburbs, ViOS has two properties in Marousi, one of Athens’ key business hubs. Both are just a few minutes’ walk from the Golden Hall and Olympic Museum and around 20 minutes from Athens International Airport.
ViOS Autograph at Patmou 14 is designed for companies looking for a branded and exclusive presence in Marousi. Businesses can choose a private floor for up to 60 people or private offices that can scale from 4 to 250 people. The property also includes meeting rooms and event space for up to 90 people, with access to a rooftop terrace and urban garden. It is a few minutes’ walk from Golden Hall and has convenient connections to Irini metro station and bus routes 550, A7, E14, and the X14 Express.
ViOS Co-Lab at Apostolou Pavlou 10a offers a more open and collaborative environment for smaller teams, agencies, and independent professionals. The space includes open-plan desks, a communal kitchen, a dedicated quiet zone, and private offices for those who need a more focused setting. Meeting rooms are included with every membership. The property is close to Kifisias Avenue and within easy reach of Irini metro station and the same major bus routes serving the area.
Members at both Marousi locations also have access to private parking just 200 metres away, along with several other private parking options nearby.
ViOS is now also present in Psychiko with ViOS Autograph Psychiko at Leoforos Kifisias 160. Located in one of northern Athens’ most established and peaceful districts, the property sits among embassies, private schools, and residential neighborhoods on a calmer stretch of Kifisias Avenue.
Private offices are available for teams ranging from 4 to 250 people, while smaller meeting rooms for 6 to 12 people provide a more focused setting for client meetings, advisory work, and confidential discussions. The location is a short distance from Katehaki metro station on Line 3 and is roughly 15 to 20 minutes from central Athens, with convenient connections towards the airport. Bus routes 550 and A7 run along Kifisias Avenue, and parking is available nearby.
